The Winning Formula

Since 1982, Shel Swedarsky has been teaching his class, Sales - Motivation and Skills, for both credit and non-credit programs at Indiana University and Vincennes University. 

The Winning Formula is a condensed version of Shel's sales class and focuses on the main areas of selling.  It is a realistic look into the profession that fuels the Free Enterprise System with the desire to prosper.

This professional and ethical approach to selling sets the standards for quality business practices.

Individuals not directly involved in the selling of products or services have also found a motivating force in The Winning Formula that enables them to better understand how to successfully attain their goals in life. 

Shel is the founder of the American Slaes Association, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.
